Delete It Yourself (app or web)

1. Sign in and open Settings.

2. At the bottom, choose Delete Account, enter your password, and confirm.

3. Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it on the pricing page first — deletion is blocked while a subscription is active so you don't keep getting charged.

What Gets Deleted

Account details (email, name, phone, body metrics, profile photo)
All client (member) records you created
Session reports, schedules, diet/workout logs, AI-training records and session videos
Community posts, comments, and notifications

What Is Retained

Payment records — kept by the payment provider (Polar) for the statutory period

If You Can't Delete In-App

Email assure053@gmail.com from your sign-up address and we will process the deletion after verifying it's you.
