Effective: September 1, 2026

1. The Service

PT Manager (ptmanager.shop) helps fitness trainers log sessions, generate AI-written reports for their clients, and manage clients, schedules, and AI posture analysis.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
You must have your clients' consent before entering their data — especially before recording session videos of them.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Reports, diet comments and exercise judgments are AI-generated reference material and are not medical, rehabilitation, or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional for injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy. AI posture analysis may be inaccurate depending on camera angle and conditions.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed via our payment provider Polar and renew automatically.
You can cancel anytime from the pricing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds follow the payment provider's policy and applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Impersonation, reverse engineering, scraping or load abuse, posting content that violates others' rights (including in the community), and filming third parties without consent are prohibited and may result in suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Free features are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for force-majeure events. For paid-service failures, liability is capped at the fees paid for the affected period.

7. Changes & Governing Law

We will announce changes 7 days in advance (30 days for unfavorable changes). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
