Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

Payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider Polar (built on Stripe); we never store them.

2. How We Use It

Providing the service: session reports, client management, scheduling, AI posture analysis
AI processing: your inputs are sent to an external AI model (LLM) solely to generate reports and comments — not used for model training
Notifications: in-app notification bell (KakaoTalk/SMS for Korean-language users only)
Billing, subscription management, and legal obligations

3. Retention

Account & service data: deleted immediately when you delete your account (see 4)
Session video clips: auto-deleted from our server after 3 days (the 3 most recent are kept), 500MB per user cap
Payment records: retained by the payment provider (Polar) for the statutory period

4. Account Deletion

Go to Settings → Delete Account. After password confirmation your account, client data, reports, schedules, diet/workout records, session videos and community posts are deleted immediately. See the account deletion guide.

5. Processors / Third Parties

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

6. Your Rights

You can view, correct, or delete your data at any time. Contact us below and we will respond without undue delay.

7. Security

HTTPS everywhere, one-way password hashing, authenticated owner-only access to session videos, and least-privilege access controls.
